A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group has started a six-week support session for people who suffer from chronic pain. The group meets Mondays from 3:30-5 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:30-7 p.m. at Platinum Bank, 6502 Slide Road, Suite No. 207. It’s sponsored by Lighthouse Behaviorial Health Services.
The group will focus on education, relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
People must register before attending the meetings.
